How the record works

Three steps.
Then it’s theirs for life.

01

Register

A club, academy, or federation adds an athlete: name, date of birth, guardian. Two minutes on a phone, online or off.

Mobile-firstOffline-ready
02

Verify

Identity and age are checked, guardian consent is captured, and the club signs it. Every entry is timestamped and provable, never self-declared.

Age verifiedGuardian consentSigned
03

Kept

The record belongs to the athlete. It travels with them across clubs and borders, appended, never overwritten. Football to athletics, one record for a whole career.

Illustrative record · not a real athlete
Verifiable, not asserted

Identity is checked at creation and every entry is signed. A stat, a match, a transfer: each one can be proven, not just claimed.

The stat line adapts

Goals and assists for football; points and rebounds for basketball; times and distances for athletics. The metrics change per sport. The record doesn’t.

Owned by the athlete

Not the club that logged it. When a player moves on, the record travels with them and stays intact on both sides.

Built for minors first

Most of them
are children.

So the record starts there: consent before anything is stored, age verified rather than declared, and strict limits on who can see what. For parents and federations, the rules are in the open.

Consent before record

A minor is not stored until a guardian has consented. Consent is captured, dated, and can be withdrawn.

Age verified, not declared

Competition bands come from a verified date of birth. That protects children from playing out of category, or being aged up to qualify.

Least-privilege access

No one sees a child’s record out of curiosity. A coach, a federation, a scout: each sees only what their role warrants.
